Unfortunately, i don't know how to respond to this. We carry an array of stater decks for the games we support. Secondly, we also have free magic welcome decks while supplies last. Because they are free, they often run out. We do currently have them in stock, however. Thirdly, none of our starter decks are 10 dollars. Across all products that use starter decks, the price ranges from 15 to 40 dollars. We never force anyone into making a purchase they seem uncomfortable with. If you would like a refund, please return the items and we'll work something out. I'm sorry you had an experience negative enough to write this review, but these claims don't seem to fall in line with the reality of how we run our business.

I was told they had starter decks and they don't... They fandangled me into getting 2 normal $10 decks
Hello, Gil. I'm sorry to hear about your negative experience. I do take comments about the staff being unhelpful very seriously (and I am one of the people you mentioned above) and apologize for upsetting you by reminding customers to wipe their feet. We have concrete floors, and when people don't wipe their feet it creates a slipping hazard. We did have the sign in the door way, but people just walked right past it. So I moved it away. You're absolutely right that it shouldn't be expected for someone to see the sign against the wall. But after dealing with dozens of customers every day who would come in from the rain and trail water and mud into the store, it takes its toll. I again apologize and have actually put a new sign up along with a slippery when wet sign for when it rains to hopefully solve that problem. As for the customer service, there is little I can do to solve the past. I can simply speak to the staff and hope they don't do anything along those lines any more (though I can guess who it was that helped you in the past.) As the owner, I personally greet any unfamiliar faces who come in and ask them if there is anything I can help them with. If a customer says no, I leave them alone until they flag me down to be helped. Personally, I hate being hounded when I go into a store seeing if I need help several times. So I ask once, and let them know I'm available. Again, I will talk to the employee in question and do my best to make sure it never happens again.

If you need cards it's a great place... However... Staff is pretty rude... I grab my singles and leave or just order from channel fireball... One guy sits on the CPU and when you go up there to buy singles he lets out a big sigh, gives you a flustered look, and acts as if you're disturbing his Hearthstone time... One guy is not rude... But the entire time he helps you he doesn't talk until it time to tell you the price... I thought he was mute at first. And one time I was in there playing and watched another guy yell at every customer who walked through the door to wipe their feet, and would mumble rude comments under his breath... "Cant you read the sign" or "It's too late now isn't it" what makes me laugh is the sign wasn't on the outside of the door where it should be but against the wall to right hanging with a bunch of other flyers and posters... Yeah the common person is going to walk in and spot that tiny cardboard sign like Where's Waldo...
