This company put a collection I do not own on my credit history. I am not Mary. I do not own the house. I do not own the fence. Therefore I am not response for the payment of said fence. They never contacted me at all before putting this on my account. Because I am not the right person at all!
Reference number: 28947 This company (Twyla specifically) called my place of work in order to collect a debt. Absolutely unacceptable. Likely to report this company to the DBPR and BBB.
This review is no great at all, I am going to speak to the collector and people answering the phones. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect and I provide a good working environment so people do not sound miserable or rude. Just to make sure I will reiterate it. As far as payments, looking at the notes you were set to do 10 payments in September of last year. Not sure where the confusion comes in but if you have an email saying we would do 6 payments I will help. Next time you call in, ask to speak with Mike and I will personally handle your file.

So sad I am stuck with dealing with this company... And I have to deal with them for a few more payments which they lied about the amount of payments I had to pay from the beginning. That's cool though I'll go along with the scam. Because I'm trying to figure out how I was told I'd only do 6 payments and I call today to verify I am done and they tell me that I have more payments smh yeah okay. I called to ask some simple questions and all I get is attitude. The customer service people ARE HORRIBLE!!! No hello or goodbye no thank you or any care or concern. They sound like answering the phone is annoying just all attitude horrible employees.
If this actually did happen, it is inexcusable. We do monitor the calls and collectors are trained to handle them professionally. Lateesha is one of our tougher collectors but does understand certain situations(especially the one mentioned above). Not sure what transpired but if you would like you can email [email protected] and I can address the issue and assist with the account.

Ive had the worst experience ever. Leticia is so rude she called me yelling and trying to pressure me into making a payment on a debt for my deceased husband. She even told me that I needed to pay my bills on time and I wouldnt be in this situation. Low blow on her part and very unprofessional. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESS PEOPLE
