2022 04 22 Correction of my last review. I have a really back situation, (need to erase the review character exceed). DIAN (Colombian IRS and Customs) review the price of the stuff and put my order on hold for 24 days. Bureaucracy as a Kafka's nightmare. Need to send personal information and other stuff. Invoices. Order from US$180.67 for DIAN said, no no, the order is US$220.oo. Was a mess. Need to go to a DIAN's web page... and the history continues... as follow: So, I contacted Coordinadora USA and was oriented via email to contact a person working as a liaison communications with DIAN in the Bogotá Airport from Coordinadora. I really, really said to me: poor guy, what an awful job. This guy was amazing with my comms, he coordinates my actions into the DIAN web page (designed probably during a summer in 1999, you need to guess the hyperlinks because it has bad programming, is like Java from the late 90's). This guy helps me like an angel. I need to be honest with that and said that I was pretty reactive during the beginning of this situation, I notice 2 problems in conflict, one DIAN doesn't trust people, and people usually lie to Coordinadora and to DIAN saying a lot of times that stuff cost less than the real invoice in order to save taxes: that is really bad, really bad. Solution: Please Coordinadora ask people for the invoices for support (mandatory). And DIAN, start to trust in people. Since the beginning I always put real cost of things in the Coordinadora's web page. (Web page with modern web design). So at the end, DIAN said NO after 15 days of intense reviewing of my USD$180.67 order. I paid Amazon using my credit card Rewards Points (Big mistake for DIAN) and the final summary in the invoice was USD$0.oo and the computer said "NO". (Like in Little Britain TV Series, recommended). I was almost in despair calling the Liaison Staff guy (the angel from Heaven) in Bogotá and he took control over my documents to DIAN and this morning DIAN sends me a mail confirming that I was right since the beginning. (Thanks angel) Today I received the box with a toy for my daughter and spools and tools for my 3D printer. 24 days passed since the order arrived to Coordinadora in Miami. So there's here some lessons that you can check and adjust. But still I have in my mouth some uncertainty about buying stuff in US and use a courier service to receive it in Colombia. Is not easy to be certain, too much confusion, too much stress. I persist, but that includes a lot of wasting valuable time. Bureaucracy and lies in both ways from the public and the state cost real losses of money and time. So, I see this like walk under thin ice. Thanks Coordinadora, seems like you have a lot of work to do and thanks for your intense work with my issue. I put 3 stars because you are part of an ecosystem affected from a final mile and is the DIAN's hands. Thanks. I was lucky. You?.
