Very poor customer service. They sent a defective item, confirmed by manufacturer, and refused any help. When contacted several times from company they sell through, they agreed to full refund which is not accurate. They will have you pay all shipping costs, which in this case were almost half of the total refund price of the item. Why would a customer pay to ship back a defective item? I purchased another of the same exact item, the same exact day, from another seller to get a different color. That item is not defective at all. This makes me wonder if they are selling return items, online. I have not dealt with them in store, so I cannot comment on those practices. This business is shady with their online products, quality and customer service. I would not recommend them to anyone.
