Do not go to this place for gynecological or any pregnancy tests or during your pregnancy . All staff are unprofessional, do not answer the phone, and do not call the patient. If you want to make an appointment with a doctor, you may need to be prepared. Probably more than 2 weeks.

Dr. Leber seems decent enough (although an HSS doctor diagnosed my issue after a simple x-ray and didn't need to order an MRI). The problem is the billing. It took almost three years for them to fix a bill that was, even by their own admission, a mistake on their end. And even then, I paid a co-pay twice because I couldn't get someone on the phone to send them a receipt of the first time I paid it (I left so many messages that were never returned). Nothing ever changes if you complain about a billing department to a billing department, so I hope it's more effective to leave these reviews on the part of the system that tries to attract new clients. Go to NYP or HSS. Their ortho departments are simply better run on the whole.

Dr. Leber and her staff are incredible! I was in great pain and terrified of injections. However, they were so professional and compassionate; they eased me through the process of bilateral knee injections - yes, I panicked, they did not.

for years I was a very satisfied patient of Dr CHOY . Since they moved to 77th street it is a total disaster. Waiting time if over 30 minutes. They never answer the phone. i have asked for a referral for tests. They kept sending the wrong referral. It took them 6 months to come back to me after my tests were "inconclusive". Just find another OBGYN.
