Hi Michael, thank you for your review and we do sincerely apologize for any miscommunication involving your reservation. We noted you cancelled your foursome the day prior to play and that is appreciated. Your scheduled reservation was on a sold out Saturday morning. The advertised cancellation policy is 48 hours, so you called within that time. We immediately opened up the foursome and tried to resell it and limit your financial exposure. We were successful in reselling one of the four spots....charging only for the balance that remained. Again, we apologize and understand, but feel we were pretty clear in the cancellation policy. Do not give credit card. We booked online, when are trip was cancelled, i called to cancel our 3 some. The Front Desk said it was cancelled and there would be no charge. 2 days later, a 4 some for $825 was charged on the credit card. The next person at the front desk said sorry, you should of only been charged for 3 not 4. When i told them our trip was cancelled and i called the moment i found out, he said sorry, they needed more notice. Did not re-imburse anything, did not offer any other solution but too bad, read our terms of service. Avoid, don't do business with people like this.

Honestly it seems the only thing that doesn't make sense in this equation is you living in Nevada without a Nevada license. At the very least, it's worth it to play better golf..." This is a response from the club house to a customer. The issue is that Adam brought in proof of residency in Nevada, but the club house only accepts I.D. as proof. That is okay and any business can have their own rules and ways of enforcing them no matter ridiculous including this example, but this response is laughable. I was looking for a place to play, but won't play here only due to this response. Ironically, the only thing that doesn't make sense in this equation is the club house's response because they'll drive away many other customers including our group traveling to Vegas from 8/6-8/9. What does make sense is someone not having an license for the state in which they live. . . military, internships, working out-of-state for years at a time are just a few obvious examples. And then states at the end "it's worth it to play better golf", which is irrelevant and foolish considering there are several better golf courses at a lower rate. . . and obviously friendlier staff.

The course is in good shape but they put a random with our group and when I said I wasn't comfortable with him riding in my cart because of covid the staff laughed at me
