I started taking tee shirt orders for a fundraiser for my small business in February before the pandemic hit. I was using a company in which I had been dealing with for 7 years and was extremely satisfied. But after businesses were allowed to re-open, I learned that Springhill Wholesale was going out of business / retirement and could not fulfill my order. I was devastated. I don't like change much. I quickly turned to Google to research other shops and stumbled upon T-Shirt 1. I can't even say enough good things about my sales representative (Anna Messer). She went above and beyond for my company to make sure I was a satisfied customer. I had a very big order, which was a bit confusing, and there was some questions, but at the end of the day, Tyra (Manager) came to the rescue and made things A-OK, for which I am extremely thankful, as she did not have to go the extra mile but chose to do so. I'd also like to let T-Shirt one's graphic artist, Jordan Downing know how satisfied we were with his part of this teamwork. Since we are a small film production company, we strive to provide our cast and fans with beautiful custom designed shirts to cherish for years to come and he had no issues bringing our design to the fabric! They also have so many brilliant and beautiful colors to choose from which is a plus. I will do business with T-Shirt 1 again in the future. Thank you very much.
