We are so happy that you LOVED the decor for your son’s party! We had such a fun time bringing Spider-Man to our party room. As for your other concerns, We do have rules we enforce for the safety of our guests, both party and general admission as well as for the safety of our equipment. Our staff are all education professionals so they certainly can use their “teacher voice” but I can assure you there was no yelling, just a reinforcement of our policies - which are outlined in the party agreement along with our release of liability form every guest agrees to upon entry. Again, we’re happy to hear that the base of the party exceeded expectations and we look forward to continuing to provide a safe, enjoyable experiences for all of our guests!
