Im really sad to give this business a poor review because I was really excited to try it out but unfortunately I have not had a positive experience so far. I try to shop small as much as possible and I understand that its a crazy time of the year for retailers and shipping and Jupmode only has so much control over shipping issues. However, they do have control over their customer service and while it was fast it also wasnt very helpful or polite. I was ok with the gifts I ordered not being here in time for Christmas despite me ordering them at the beginning of December but I reached out to see if there was anything I could do to get a delivery estimate or more information and was met with a very short message that felt a little condescending and told me that its not their situation to deal with. Just a very frustrating experience over all.

Local shirts are nice but the quality is not. Shirts unravel in one wash with cold. Too bad.
