Would never use this business!!! Took over a week for a response. Then we were told that the order was to much work. Simple prints that a parent could do!!! After him telling me multiple conflicting stories about why these would be so hard. I realized he just didnt want the work or our business. We now have a parent happily taking on this project. If your looking for individuals that really like their job and dont mind work!!! Do use mint prints!!

We accommodated your requests and had our staff come in on a day when we are closed specifically to meet your deadline. Within 24 hours of receiving your complaint we advised you that our production team would look into the matter and make things right. Upon review of the product, we reached out to you and offered a 25% discount on your order or a 25% discount off of any future order.

Appears to be a business practice of theirs that I did not discover until reordering a few months later when I contacted them. At no point in time did they ever attempt to reach out and let me know they over-billed me by 20 shirts. Pretty big clerical "error". I'll tell you this much, if I didn't pay my bill they would have certainly known about it! That's what you get for opening up a seat at the table to the wrong people. Stay away.
