I can not add pictures here. I don't know why but we did do exactly what you asked us to do. If you are such and avid shirt buyer...you really should learn how to make your own artwork then. Real simple and easy. Go do Dafont.com down the font. Open up word...type your desired text. Size it how you like and save. We are a busy shirt shop and I do not have time to help you figure out what you want. I don't have time to do that for anyone. If you don't know what you want then don't contact someone to make you something if you don't what it is you want to have made. I made the process really easy for you and it turned in to a nightmare job that was a million back and forths for some words on a shirt. Maybe your time is not valuable to you but mine is extremely valuable. I hope this finds you the peace that you do not showers others with. Good luck on your future shirt needs. A busy shirt shop will not have time for you indecisiveness either.

This is a copy of the email I sent directly to Angie regarding my experience. I would like to say, this entire experience with you was very disappointing. I chose to use you based on a mutual friends recommendation, someone I valued their advise. Our first communications seemed to go well, until a couple days passed before I received the second proof and after I responded with corrections, I was ignored and discounted - you didnt want to be bothered with more corrections. You told me, its just 2 shirts. Sadly, your smaller customers are usually your most valued, the ones who keep coming back again and again - sadly, that wont be me. The shirts themselves were rushed, I can tell because the back of the white one was not pressed out neatly before the letters were placed and therefore, the letters will rip away prematurely. Second, they are not to the satisfaction I requested - they are backwards and not the sizing I asked for. Again, I am highly disappointed in the experience with your business and I will not be endorsing you for any future business. I am someone who likes to gets shirts done and couldve been a valued customer, but that will not be the case. I wish you well in the future and I pray that you will take the time to help the smaller orders and give as much detail as you do the bigger orders. Sadly, her only response was ok If you have a small but important order, I would recommend either knowing exactly what you want the first time or go somewhere else, where they will treat you as a valued customer, regardless of how small or large your order is.

Worst place to deal with when it comes to customer service. Not very impressed with the quality compared to the price. The owner Angie is the rudest of they all. Bad leadership starts at the top and it reflects down to the employees. Do not recommend they to anyone

Angie helped get a quick turn around for my softball teams shirts! The design was custom, even though I made a lot of changes she never complained and they came out better than I could have imagined! Material is great and keeps you cool! Ill never go back to screen printed cotton shirts!

My Husband James ordered shirts from this company. They did the phone number wrong on an order of $500+. They will not fix them nor refund him his money! I work in customer service so to me this is appalling.. Honestly it's so sad because this company does good work but their customer service is ridiculous and as we all know that can make or break a business! Needless to say I have shared my experience on Facebook and will continue to because I would be just plain ticked off if this happened to someone else especially someone like us with a small business that can't afford to just throw away that much money. Just so sad..
