Excellent ratings??? That was not our experience!!! Pros: great concept Friendly nurse Nice and clean space Cons: unable to diagnose Not knowledge of common issues Misdiagnosed Did not return call same day Our experience today: My husband (71) had been sick for the past week ( usually extremely healthy ) coughing , watery eyes, throat so sore it hurt to swallow, colored phlegm , and a fever of 99 at time of visit. ( had seen a MD 3 days prior, but no avail appt to follow up so we sought out another MD) Dr David did the exam ( no chest x-ray or bodily fluid samples were suggested or taken) conclusion, Allergies due to poor air quality. Prescribed 3 things to help, non of which included an antibiotic nor helped. 4 hours later my husband is worse than before and has a temp of 101. We phoned Dr David , mentioned to the nurse of what we thought to be a misdiagnosis and my husbands now worsening condition. She said he was in a meeting but would let him know. We never heard back from him and had to seek a Doctor who was knowledgeable and able to prescribe after proper diagnosis an antibiotic zpack. My husbands is now on the road to recovery and his fever has broke. However, had we followed Dr Davids advise my husband would have been in the ER. What a shame as we almost bought into the whole thing. BEWARE
