Thank you very much for your review Mr. Stevenson, the issue you are referring to is our salesman (Robert) had a death in his immediate family. For that reason we did not provide a bid in a timely manner. Even after knowing this you provided a negative review, which by the way you ARE entitled to do and I respect that. However, keep in mind Sir, we too can choose who we want to do business with as well. Even after knowing of his situation, you not only reviewed us negatively but got back on google and attempted to revise your review to make it sound worse. You stated how we made contact with you and refused to provide a bid. I am here to tell the general public that you are absolutely correct Sir, we did refuse to provide you a bid after learning of your attempt to unjustly defame our company. Robert is one of our best salesmen with over 20+ yrs in the business. We are very proud to say that the other 3 days out of the week he is serving the general public on the Avondale fire department. I have no reason to believe he is not telling the truth about his family member passing and his integrity has never been in question. Never heard back on quote. Would of thought 4 business days would be long enough time. Not impressed so far. Update. Finally heard back. Apparently there was a issue. But according to the sales manager. Do to my original review they were unwilling to quote the pool remodel. I had hoped to update my review and change my rating but if I could make it lower I would at this point. Terrible service. Understand when there is a problem but to come back with that is no way to do business

We had our pool remodeled with new tile and pebble tech 5 years ago. We were satisfied with the outcome and had referred this company to two neighbors who subsequently used them for a complete remodel also. This summer, about 6 square feet of our backsplash disintegrated and fell into our pool. I was told that we had only a 2 year warranty on the tile and there was nothing they would do about it. Very, very disappointed on their response and lack of concern that this happened to us.. They were not even willing to come out and inspect what happened. Would discourage anyone from using Above and Beyond Pool Remodel. -Donna Raftery

We are highly pleased with the work that Above and Beyond Pool recently completed. We moved into a home where the pool had been deleted, the equipment removed and the pool covered with a deck. It's now back in service and looks fantastic. It was a positive experience from start to finish. Everyone we worked with was pleasant and professional. With such large project there were a few issues but they were always addressed in a timely and efficient manner. Overall the communication process was excellent. The owner Mike was our job site supervisor and he deserves credit for running a great company. I highly recommend Above and Beyond Pool Remodeling.

Used this company for my pool remodel. We wrote up a contract and the company hired subcontractors to do the actual work. Unfortunately the subcontractors did not adhere to the contract. The company refunded some of my money instead of doing the job properly. If you hire this company be sure to watch there every move as they will cut corners at every turn. My remodel just turned a year old and a lot of the work that was done is already failing. The owner sent over a company to repair the areas that are failing but all they did was a hide and seek repair. A week after these repairs they are all ready showing thru. I can not recommend this company if you are looking for a long term job. If you are looking for a quick remodel to just sell your house they are great.
