Hello Keilah, I am concerned with your review for a few reasons. First, our cheese dip is a free appetizer we supply to all guests and it is made fresh 2 times per day. As it sits on the table the top does get hard if not eaten. The base of it is cheese. Second, Our glasses are all sanitized and washed obviously between uses. Third, I do apologize if our server took too long to get back to you. Due to the standards we keep even if it appears that we are not busy I can tell you it is difficult as we have many more tasks between guests to accomplish in order to keep our cleanliness standards exceptional. I would hope a little understanding would be given and possibly discuss with our manager on duty while you were there. If you would like to email me more information ie. date and time you were there, who your server was etc I would be happy to help you out and correct any issues I can. Stay safe and happy.
