A repair not covered by warranty was reasonable. They look for what they can do with the warranty and resolved my issue. I showed a service adviser my car issue difficult to duplicate. He understood the issue and took care of that. He also asked a technician to come out to look at the issue with me. Technician explained the source of the issue in detail. Also, their pick-up and drop-off service is great considering the current pandemic. I have used a few times without any issue. 5/17/2022: Their valet service is still great. It saved me a lot of time. I replaced a cabin filter by myself a month ago. However, the advisor told me that it needs to be replaced. It appears that they just follow the manual without checking the filter. It was a little disappointing. I also got new spark plugs following their manual. Actually, my front brake was more urgent than spark plugs, but they identified them later and asked me if i wanted to have it replaced. I decided to wait for another 3k miles following the sensor reading.
