Thank you for your feedback. We previously spoke to you and advised you that the issue was that you violated google ads standards by pointing your campaign to a third-party quoting tool landing page. We do not manage your Google Ads and it is your responsibility to make sure you are sticking to the Guidelines. We provided you with a quoting tool that you can send to your customers so they have the option to provide a video for you to be able to quote remotely, it was never meant for your Google Ads page and we never advised you to do this. The tool we provided for a free trial did not damage your Google Ads, you unfortunately damaged these by pointing your ads to the quoting system on a different URL than what your ads account is set up with (your main website). On a number of occasions, we have tried to arrange a call to talk through this further with you to help where we can, even though this was nothing to do with our tool. We are still trying to contact you to help but have still not managed to have a successful conversation over the past few weeks since you raised this issue. Please get in touch and we can help further.

This company provided a survey link to our website that damaged all Google adverts. We lost one month of business beacuse of that. As the the company that is doing digital marketing they should know that provided links shouldn't be redirected to the other websites. We asked them few times to contact us to help resolve the problem, but no one bothered to do that
