Do you want your toilet bowl cleaner packed with your clean linens? Boxes marked attic left in the basement? The Oz salesman who gave us our moving estimate, Moshe, upsold us on services that were never going to happen we since learned (such as removing wardrobe boxes at the end of the move). Their customer service rep, Allison, made the minimal effort to repair a broken window by contacting a single vendor who happened to be in completely different state. When he was unavailable she left it on us to resolve. David Dosen did absolutely nothing. Avoid this company. Especially in New Jersey, where they are unprepared to service their customers.
They broke my 65in tv and bureau in the move (the move was only 20 min away). When I filed a claim it took about a month of following up with customer service to only receive $48 back. This is less than 5% of the current selling price (granted I paid more for these items and was going off of current price I found online) for the items they damaged. They base their payback of broken items off the weight of the item and not actual value of the item. I don't think I would use their services again.
The team was fast, courteous and careful with my belongings. Everyone was very pleasant to interact with and they made my move a pleasure, put everything where it needed to be in my new place, including assembly of the items they had to take apart at my apartment with nothing broken, chipped or damaged in any way. I would highly recommend the team at OZ that moved me.

The behavior of the driver you describe is not by any means acceptable, and the truck mechanical problems experienced on the way were not helpful. I am sorry they were not more communicative. Knowing what I know now, I would have gladly paid more to a different company to avoid all the headaches of dealing with Oz for my long distance move. Oz lied to me multiple times about where my items were and when they would be delivered. I went an extra 2 weeks beyond their delivery window without any of my items. Despite constantly calling and emailing to get updates, they would not respond or respond very slowly. The driver they hired to deliver my items, and the rest of his team, were very rude and even hung up the phone on me because they had no answer for why my items kept getting delayed. When they did finally come to deliver my items, I made sure to keep a close eye on everything and it's a good thing I did because they almost gave me someone else's items and left some of my items on the truck, despite being "1000% sure we got everything". They are very entitled and do nothing to help their clients when things go south; they just blame the client for everything and say it's not their responsibility. Avoid this company at all costs. They will lie to you and delay delivery of your items.
