I think you may have what you purchased from us mixed up with someone else. We don't sell blemished lowers nor have been made aware of an issue with any lower we have sold by you or anyone else. And to address an issue you had with a set of sights we have installed. There is no way we would have told you that nor offered to fix them. We stand by all of our work and never make excuses. Nor have we had anyone ever complain about sights that we have installed. Lastly I do not think nor claim to be a "gun god". I merely give sound advise from my experience. Some people who are misinformed and just don't like advise. Also, this is the first I am hearing about "price gouging" and based on other reviews I believe that again, you are misinformed. Unfortunately anyone can leave reviews and say what ever they want and don't know how to address issues in person. This review does not even sound legitimate. The younger employee with glasses and buzz cut (maybe owner, I’m not sure) is arrogant and either ignorant or misinformed because he gives horrible advice and price gouges. I was with a buddy buying his AR lower and he bought a blemished lower for a ridiculous price because it was all they had, and he didn’t tell us it was blemished either! He knowingly withheld that information the entire time and sold it at a ridiculous price, we only knew when we saw the lower close up after purchase, as it was not advertised as being blemished. He also put night sights on my Glock 19 which came loose only from shooting it at the range in a matter of a few days. When I went back to get them fixed he blamed it on me shooting too much, which is hilariously ridiculous. Overall, he’s a vet who thinks that being a vet makes him a gun God who knows all. I recommend people go somewhere else unless they fully know what they’re buying and how much it should be. That gun shop is a disgrace because they are like children, believing gun myths and pushing people to buy other guns based off of that. He also has a horrible attitude, talking to him makes you feel like you’re about to argue because he is so tense. Again, I’ve been there many times and this is all accumulated stuff
Stone Arms is the best place to go if your looking to buy a firearm, good prices and they are very knowledgeable of the firearms they sale, and will not feed you a line of bull to get a sale from you.I will be back to buy another gun from them. You need to consider Stone Arms if you are in the market to buy any firearm.
I have used him since he was in his backyard for transfers, I used him because he was the cheapest and closest to my house. Although he was sometimes arrogant I was able to stomach it. But this last time broke the camels back, will never use him again. There was some confusion on a transfer and Mr stone became very irritated, and showed his butt, very unprofessional. Will find someone else to do my transfers from now on. (owner) 33 mins ago We bent over backwards to accommodate your transfer that was sent to us incorrectly. Also, it is not our fault that your address was not current on your Driver's License. However, we did suggest and assisted you in resolving that issue. This was a transfer that we could have sent back to the sender but instead worked through it with several phone calls and emails so that we did not have to send it back. I also find it interesting that you never once mentioned or displayed that you were unhappy with our services or demeanor. We even explained to you the entirety of the situation. We are always happy to assist our customers and work through an issues that may arise. I apologize if it seemed like I was irritated. I can assure you that I was not upset with you and knew I took the time to explain, in detail where the confusion came from. Thank you for your review and we hope you come back next time.

So I was sending one my AR builds back home, Everything was filled out and sent correctly, When the package was recieved Mr. Stone found an old invoice for "JUST THE UPPER". Which he would have known if he would had read the whole thing. He then said he could not release it because it had my name on it even though the recipiants name was on the shipping label on the outside of the box. Finnally it was worked out for him to pick it up, but only after the owner showed his rear end. He says it was sent incorrectly, well if so why was the firearm released thats just not something you do, its just him trying to pass the buck onto someone else. I don't own or run a business, but one thing I do know is customers are what make your business. If you act arrigant and show your butt to one of your customers thats just not good business practice and unprofesional. So therefore I will not be using Stone Arms in the future, And I will not be recommending anyone like I have in the past
