Sorry we did not meet your expectations. There is no set price on watches. Normally we charge around 10-20 dollars, which includes a cleaning and water seal, as well as a 2 year warranty, however, sometimes we have more complicated watches that need more time and service which induces a higher amount. We apologize again. Tresor management.

I realize they're high end but $30 for a watch battery, yeah too overpriced.
I would recommend you remove this review. We have been doing business with fana over 20 years. Recently, they revamped the site, and we are currently working with them to re establish our line after COVID . You can call them if you like and ask if they have done business with us. I dont understand why you would give us a one star review. We are a 20year honest family business. We removed the Instagram post because we thought we were getting spammed. I hope this clear it up.

I have followed their Instagram account for sometime and visited their Salt Lake location twice in the last seven months. A few weeks ago, I asked a question about a piece they posted a picture of on their IG. They deleted the question. Tonight, I asked if they were a Fana dealer on one of their posts (the post showed the Fana logo). Theyre not listed on the Fana site. It is an honest question, I love Fana rings but have only found one local dealer. Itd be awesome to know if a second local dealer. Anyhow, they deleted my question, then the post, and blocked me. Whats the old saying? If something doesnt feel right, then it probably isnt.? I do not understand why in the world they wouldnt reply with a simple yes!, rather than delete the post, block me, and then accuse me of spamming them??? Good riddance.
Took a long time, but worth the wait. I recently had an almost 30 year old Breitling repaired and cleaned at Tresor Jewelers and couldn't be more satisfied with the result. My main issue in taking it in was because it was running way late and I saw no other option to fix it. It turns out that a part inside the watch was broken and, because the watch was almost 30 years old, no replacement parts were available for purchase. To fix the issue, the jeweler actually made the required part himself...where do you hear of something like that happening nowadays? Whatever the case, the watch works perfectly and, after cleaning, also looks great, like almost brand new. Tresor also gives you peace of mind because they guarantee their repairs for at least five years and give you a warranty stating that. I look forward to doing business with them again in the future.
I have the utmost trust in Tresor Jewelers, I have several pieces from them, including custom made jewelry. They are truly the best, and always have had wonderful customer service. They are definitely my go to place for any jewelry! I highly recommend them for all jewelry needs!!
I wanted to like Tresor, but they are disorganized, slow, and poor communicators. I brought them two earrings so they could modify one. They said they could have it done in a week. It took over two months. They never called with any updates, never had any real information when I would call them, and they lost the other earring. When the first one finally was ready they had lost the backing and had to order more, making me come back to pick them up. Every time I ask them where my moms other earring is they come up with an excuse. I wanted to give them a second chance so I brought in a bracelet to get resized. They said it would be ready in a few days so I padded it by a few more. When I came in they spent a while looking for it, and then I watched as they took it behind the counter, cut it apart with wire cutters, and then welded it back together. What should have been a 2 minute event took closer to 15-20, and the weld was ugly.
