Telephone communications about a custom project quote went very poorly start to finish, the last representative was constantly interrupting and refused to listen and comprehend. Requested owner to call but hasn't. Have done business with this company for many years and this was the worst experience ever.

I found Primoprint's website tedious to use to find out what different business card options cost. Each time you select one option, you have to re-select a bunch of other options, so it takes forever to get a sense of which options cost what. Their shipping was almost twice that of competitors. The online card previews were wrong, but the cards came out (almost) right. Quality and price seem good, so it's a shame the website experience isn't better.
