I took my car in to be serviced for a couple of problems and BMW kept my car for 3 days and when I picked it up only one problem with car was fixed. So not only did i leave with one of the original problems with the car i noticed there was a new problem with car! I let the advisor know but he still sent me off and told me to google how to fix the problem. So disappointed.

I had my 11 day old 330e towed to BMW BP service dept. And service rep Scott reached out to me immediately. He was great with communication via text. He made sure I had a loaner vehicle available to me. He kept me informed and when i reached out to him, he was great about responding promptly. Turns out they needed to reprogram my car and they kept it to make sure the system error didn't come back on. When I picked up my car, they made sure to have it washed and dried and I was on my way. I'm editing my review. I opened my trunk today to put my groceries in. And to my surprise and anger, the service guys DID NOT put the trunk back together!!! Remind you with the 330 e the battery is in the trunk. The whole trunk was still disassembled!! How can you return a customer's car in this condition?!?! Esp one that is only 11 days old?!?! I'm livid!!! I've called service and no return call back. What an inconvenience!!! Unacceptable

I had an appointment for a recall repair recommendations. I got there earlier and I was assisted accordingly. Mark from the Service staff was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. After addressing the primary vehicle issue, they performed a complete vehicle assessment and I received a detail information on recommendations/options getting the items repair. Contacted this dealership online through a 3rd party website and set up an appointment with Gregory Santiago letting him know I live over 50 miles away and wanted to ensure this vehicle would be available for me to see which was confirmed. The next day I receive an email from the 3rd part website (not the dealership) informing me the vehicle I was interested was no longer available. I then contacted the dealership and confirmed that it was sold. I later received an email from the dealership asking me to confirm the appointment that I had scheduled. I find this to be extremely unprofessional on the dealership as if it were not for the 3rd party website I would have drove over 50 miles to see a vehicle that wasn't even there. This vehicle was not a BMW and was the only one they had on the lot at the time so there would have been no point at looking at anything else. Make sure to call ahead and confirm your vehicle is still there before this dealership waste your time.
