Update: Told they no longer do wooden fencing, and can't help me with my fencing, even though I was assured at install they stood behind their stuff. Less than 2 years, a bowed board, and I was told they could refer me to another fence company or come replace it with a new vinyl fence. They just lost the 4 projects I had lined up to refer over. Updated: The repairs look nice, and was discounted for issues by just shy of $200. The guy who came out was amazing, super nice, and thurough. However, after that.... Took me 5 calls to get things set up. No one in the office knows what is going on with anything. Fence is not done properly, no clean up (left even the stickers on the wood and the packing slips stapled to it!), gates were crooked, tons of cracked and damaged wood. Supposed to fix it, 4 hours later still not there. I'm not impressed. Let's add in no mask during CV19 (I have a severe autoimmune and the guy walked right into me!), and again, no communication, showed up 2 hours late, AGAIN. I'm pretty much over this company.

I've used Family Fence before in the past and loved their product so I contacted them for a quote on the new home we are building in Wimauma. I was told twice they could only meet with me during the week. They don't work on Saturdays. Now I can understand Sunday but seriously. Customers have full time jobs also and you expect them to take time off from work to meet and get an estimate. I call that not professional and not customer friendly. Especially when the fence is going to probably cost between five and six thousand dollars. I am assuming they don't need the business or just don't care. Very Sad!

Family fence is amazing. I called them on a Monday and their team was at my house that Thursday. I was so excited that they were able to come out so quickly and give me my back yard privacy. Their team that came out were so professional and kind. You talk about hard workers, these guys are amazing. They were in and out in about 4.5 hrs and they were done. They also made sure to pick everything up. I'm very pleased with how amazing they are. I need one more fence side done and I'll definitely be calling them back when I'm ready for that project. Hi Ryan, We understand your frustration but to clarify, we have not been offering wood fencing for about a year now. This is even stated on our website as Temporarily Unavailable Due To Supply via Covid-19. Many of the manufacturers are backed up 6-9 months on supply and the costs of wood products have gone up 30-40%. Because of this, vinyl fencing has become the preferred product since the pricing is very similar. If we can assist you in any other line of fencing please let us know. Thanks

Got a business card from one of their workers that were installed in a wooden fence down the street and when I called them and asked them about an estimate for a wooden fence they said they did do not install wooden fences
