Made appointment 3 days ago, took early leave from work so I could make it before they close, and their reaction was “Uh oh. She didn’t look at her diary and she left.” My name was the only appointment today evening on their entire page! Unbelievable unprofessionals. Edit: they just called and apologized for the miscommunication, which was very sweet.
