Please double check company name would you like to contact. And I am only one person in the company who do estimate for my customer, Plus another thing if we offer air duct cleaning service we never come over to the house before any service, I do estimate just on the phone, after a few simple information about place what customer interesting to do service Air Duct Cleaning, Only I have to come over if someone interested replacing his HVAC equipment, this situation never happened in my business what you write under this review. Worst customer service experience that I've ever had. Made the appointment 3 weeks in advance, only to have it cancelled the day before they were supposed to show up due to the fact that they "don't clean air vents on Saturdays." Really? We then set up another appointment for two weeks later. My wife came home early from our vacation only to receive a call to cancel on the same morning of the appointment due to the fact that this time they didn't have the portable unit for the air duct cleaning on the truck that was needed for our condo apartment. Whoever called us actually had the audacity to ask us if we had moved to an apartment. Totally unprofessional on the phone. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

The reviews are real and true. Bart is excellent, picks up the phone right away and is very responsive. Excellent customer service, wore booties inside the house and really did alot of work for a very fair price. Called two other Companies nearby. One never called back, the other called back a day later and gave me a ridiculous quote. Bart picked up right away, had me answer some questions about my house and gave me an estimate. Never went a dollar above his estimate even though it was a ton of work. He gave me a text confirmation for the appt and answered alot of questions I had. I will be calling him in the future for my HVAC needs. He is an honest local businessman and a great HVAC technician. Give him a call.
