I bought massages as a gift for my son and his wife for their birthdays. It was supposed to be a 50 minute massage for each of them. They were started at the stated appointment time of 3pm and over at 3:40. Clearly not 50 minute massages. It might not have been such a big deal had they not been such poor quality massages. They have had many massages and although not terribly picky they are able to differentiate between a skilled massage therapist and one who is just rushing clients through. Would not recommend.

My daughter had a massage at the Quarry location. She said the staff was extremely ugly, rude and surly. She didn't complain she said she just took it. She has had many massages before and said this was the absolute worst. She left and on her way home the manager called to apologize for the staff's treatment. However, she was still charged the full amount.

edited to add: i emailed on 5/24 as they suggested. no response. i really did enjoy the massage and service, but the bath water was TOO HOT. it was my first time ever, so idk what it’s supposed to be like. but i had to ask to cool it a bit, so they brought me a bowl of ice. once it cooled, it was nice but i didn’t get a lot of time left. when i left, my skin was red all over and i had a mild heat rash on my chest.
