Disappointing experience here! After getting a prompt quote from a sales rep, I submitted my order and artwork for some (very basic) screen printed t-shirts. I didn't hear back for a week and after checking in, was told that they can't get "any" shirts from their supplier right now and that I should place my order elsewhere. I understand that supply chain issues are a real issue right now, but I was surprised that they were unwilling to offer any alternatives or even propose a delayed timeline. I would not recommend this company if you are placing smaller orders, e.g. for a sports team - I felt like I was not worth their time or business!
