My husband & friends took me here for my birthday dinner. We were very excited to try this restaurant but that excitement was turned into extreme disappointment. Our reservation was for 8 pm. When we arrived we had to wait a few minutes to be seated which wasn't a big deal but once we were seated, it took over 20 minutes before our waitress finally came to our table. We placed our drink order & appetizers & it took almost an hour before we received them. Then, after about another 30 minute wait for our waitress to return we were finally able to place our main course order which also took over an hour to finally get to the table. After an absolutely delicious meal we once again had to wait for the waitress to come back to our table to place our dessert order. We were a party of 6 & 4 out of the 6 of us wanted to try the triple chocolate cake, about 10 minutes after placing our dessert order we were informed that the kitchen had ran out of chocolate cake, a major disappointment especially because this is supposed to be an upscale restaurant inside of an upscale hotel, I can almost guarantee that it's not just the restaurant goers that order chocolate cake but also guests staying at the Ritz Carlton so for them to run out of something like that was absolutely ridiculous. At the end of the night what should have been a 1 1/2 to 2 hour meal turned into 4 hours because of all the long wait times, to make matters worse the restaurant was not packed, we were not the biggest dinner party that was present as we witnessed an even bigger party not only arrive after us but dined & left almost an hour before we were able to leave. We paid for our valet service to receive our car upon which we were told it would be a 20-30 minute wait, we ended up finally leaving the restaurant about 12:30 am. We will never dine here again.
I meant to write this review about my Monday experience but life happened. The two girls working the bar Monday were exceptional! It’s a shame they have to deal with that pompous manager, he’s the reason we didn’t give a full 5 stars. He was belittling and just downright rude. No one should have to put up with that, and they handled all the punches with grace and provided a great experience! We’ll be back next week for another LA Monday! Lol we also forgot to ask why it’s LA Monday? PS: please get creme de violette!!!
We went here to try the Endless Bubbles and Brunch. For two of us, we left more than full. This is not a fancy place you go and leave still hungry for brunch; you truly get your moneys worth for the meal. Pictures are included for the first 3 courses. The 4th course of churros are not pictured. Every single thing we ate here was amazing. For the 3rd course, we chose the bananas foster pancakes and the crab cake Benedict. Both were amazing. By the 3rd course we were already feeling full and had to ask for a box. Drinks here are truly endless. You can switch between the different drinks offered for bottomless brunch as you please. The servers are excellent about keeping your glass full and the drinks are strong. We will absolutely come here again. The restaurant itself is beautiful and the food is well worth the money. Even after we stopped eating, staff were still ready to refill our drinks and allow us to sit and talk. Absolutely recommend.

This was so bad start to finish. The Ritz brand should be embarrassed. Firstly, there’s a bunch of men in suits standing at both exits and entrances, not one of them said hello, how are you?, nothing. So we navigated to the restaurant ourselves being that this was our first time there. Then we stood at the hostess stand for probably about 5 minutes before someone walked up to the kiosk and we weren’t greeted again. My friend had to introduce ourselves and our reservation. Then we sit down and the server had the personality of a teaspoon. We asked for a bottle of the Prosecco, she asked which one. There’s only one on the menu. My crab cake Benedict was gross, it was deep fried. My friends got the rancheros and it was super runny and not good. Waters weren’t refilled without us asking, the server didn’t check on us once while we were eating, we had to ask for the check, when she put the check down she didn’t say thanks for coming or have a nice day or anything. When we left the hostess didn’t say anything either, thanks for coming would be nice. This was such a disappointment. Never again. Go anywhere else. Bad, bad, bad.
