I called and asked for catalogs and business cards and was told I should come in to place an order. I came in and the lady told me that no one was available at the moment and that I should leave my contact information and they would reach out to me. No one ever reached out. I went to fast signs and placed an order within a few minutes. This shouldnt be too hard to do

Evan we are deeply saddened about the situation with your order. Once my production crews realized the error, they did inform you they would correct the issue and have the signs ready for pick up in a hour. Unfortunately, you decided at that time you did not want the signs and wanted a FULL REFUND for your entire Invoice which would also include a REFUND other items on your INVOICE that had no issue and items you have already picked up. I know you were thinking that the signs were plastic not metal, but they were MAX METAL Signs and MAX METAL Signs are consider a Metal Sign in the industry. We are more than happy to REFUND you the money for the 18" x24" signs and even give you the 18" x 24" signs at NO CHARGE to work with you on this issue. We did produce your signs in house on one of our (2) State of the Art Large Format Printers. Again I do want to apologizes for any confusion on your order, we have been in business for over 30 years and have 1000's of Happy Customers! I do hope we can work this situation out with you and you will once again be on our list of being a HAPPY CUSTOMER! Been going here for years. Seems to be falling apart. Went in and they dont know what to do when you walk in. Ordered a sign 2 sided metal and they made me a plastic sign, one sides. Refused to give me my money back. Disputing with credit card. I recommend you try a more modern company with more modern equipment. They just order from another company so if they make a mistake on order you cant get a refund or so on. Be careful.

We are sorry this happened to you, but I can assure you being the owner I would never treat a customer or anyone in that matter. We did have a latin employee last year who we did FIRE because of his attitude. We at VINYLOT SIGNS & GRAPHICS will not tolorated that type of behavior. We pulled up out back with two vans to get full wraps because there was no parking out front. Your technician working in your bay came out and started yelling at us to move the f...ing van, he was a latin guy. So we left, who wants to give a business 3k and be treated so disrespectful.
