It is quite a distance for a 2008 Colorado. I bought a Chevy Colorado from New way Motors. What a Joke, yea they got me played the watm up game a WD-40 game for the sqeaks. It's been 2 weeks since We purchased this Truck. And so far We have put out 1,900 in parts that are not covered in the waranty. Shame on you New Way Motors and shame on me for trusting you were on the level. I have replaced all igntion coils and spark plugs. Put the truck on my OBD 2 and 2 cyliders were missing. this truck never was maintained around the cylinders there was so much grease the ignition coils would not seat. the breather was blowing oil all over the engine. It was not hooked up proper. Then the batter after checking it with my multimeter read 11.4 the truck would not start after I rolled up 2 windows. So beside the cost of coils and plugs around 243.00, Then battery at 179.00. Then the tires are 2 different sizes come on. So tires and rims cost me another 1,300 dollars. I will be posting that reciet on my next review. I sent Marlon a email 2 weeks ago he never responded to me. We will most likely see you in court New Way Motors

Marlon my salesman.... E X C E L L E N T Customer service. My experience with New Way motors began the exact same way .....looking at their guarantee that they will finance me. The last 5 dealers said the same empty promise that they guarantee financing to anyone. You will quickly discover this is a lie. New Way and MARLON GUARANTEED financing especially with my challenging credit. After speaking to the finance manager and again I was told to come in. Well MARLON and New Way stuck behind their guarantee and I drove off the lot in my new car. I found Marlon be professional..his follow up and his sincere wish to get me into car new car was refreshing at best. I highly recommend MARLON and New Way .. AS W E S O M E EXPERIENCE!!!
Chrissy, Al's true colors are that he wants everybody to get the car they deserve, and we're sorry if the one your friend left with wasn't everything she hoped for. As you are aware, we did offer her a full refund of her down payment and also took full responsibility of vehicle repairs immediately. She was satisfied with the test drive and unfortunately, we do not witness what the car may have gone through after leaving our lot, however, we did try to resolve this unfortunate event right away and the manager once again offered her a full refund or courtesy repairs which turned out to be a very simple issue that was replaced immediately. AL G IS A Rip off! I was a new customer and they sold me a bold car! After a week your car will have a million problems. THE NEXT DAY MY CAR SHOWED ITS TRUE COLORS! He displayed a completely different attitude after I purchased the car. He became very nonchalant and uncaring. ALL HE WANT IS YOUR MONEY. CHOOSE A MORE TRUSTWORTHY PLACE TO SHOP!
