Our agency is one of few agencies that still rank for SEO related phrases while many other fast growth agencies have experienced severe penalties for aggressive link building practices and vanished from Google all together. We politely refute your comments re 'generic approach' as we detailed the suggested strategies for your competitive industry but this was not seen through as you decided to move on. We do not ever hide behind the fact that our operations are a mix of AU and offshore. Like the majority of agencies in Digital if we had AU staff solely many SME's would simply not afford our services, nor would we remain competitively priced against our industry peers. This has been the case and the need for many Australian businesses not just digital. Once the deal was signed the service levels dropped significantly. There was no disclosure that my account would be managed from Ukraine. No telephone calls with staff, all by email. My rankings dropped despite my continued monthly investment. Generic approach, with generic strategies that did not meet my requirements or my expectations. In addition I had signed on the basis that no off page work would be completed where my site and brand would be posted on non relevant listings/directories. i was shocked to find they still did this - My site ended up on cooking websites and website builders and I offer an Insurance service. Beware!
