Hi Joby, Many thanks for your review. This is a tough one for us as although you’ve recognised our Paid Media strengths, your words could also deter a client looking for any design and development work. As you are still a client of ours and since our Relation Manager has been in touch with you since this review, I feel it fair to reply with our side of things. On the 01/11/2021 our proposal for a new website (at your request, which you’ve chosen not to put live) was accepted. We were engaged as your own Dev team were struggling to deliver the website. On the 20/09/2022 the final version of the website was signed off. On the 11/11/2022 the final invoice was settled. On the 24/01/2023 we hear from you direct, stating you are unhappy with some aspects of the website. On the 20/03/2023 we were told that all issues were resolved. I can confirm that from our own internal investigation, that as far as we were aware after this date there were no further issues with the website, and no further contact was made by yourselves. This was until the email you sent on the 07/07/23, stating that you are still not happy with the website. This email I am gutted to say, was unfortunately missed our end, much to Bamboo Nine’s frustration. For context however, the email was sent to an individual who was on paternity leave with an Out of Office (OOO) enabled and instructions on this OOO to forward the email to someone else. This didn’t happen. The next communication from you is the review on our Google Business Profile on 15/09/2023, which I am now replying too. My delay in replying to this can be explained in the following: After conducting a full internal review with the Tech, Data & Engineering Team and reviewing all emails received and sent, Our Relationship Manager called you to explain that as a client of ours, all reviews of a negative nature can hurt us. We wish all projects were delivered with little issue, but a website taking this long to deliver due to many extra amends is never ideal. The big frustration you explained to us was image resizing, and due to ease our end to fix this issue, we created a ‘how to video’ to show you how to make any changes to the images. This solution has still left you unhappy, and for that we are sorry. But we feel we have delivered a website that was agreed in our initial proposal and despite many different amends on our time, you are still not happy. We take all constructive feedback onboard and although we strive to be perfect, mistakes like missing an email can happen. But we do feel your words are unfair on our web department, hence our reply.

Firstly, the handover of our website was nothing short of a over promise and under deliver , and when the website was finally delivered, it was far from meeting our expectations. It seemed as though once payment was received, there was little interest in ensuring our satisfaction. If there's one positive aspect I can acknowledge, it's Bamboo 9 expertise in paid media services. It appears that your company excels in this area. However, I want to emphasize that our experience with website design was extremely disappointing, and I would caution others against using your services for this purpose. I hope you take this feedback seriously and use it to make necessary improvements in your web design division.
