We explained that the type of campaign that was needed initially was meant to get the brand known before we could expect any conversions, this was said several times and you always agreed with our ideas before implementing them. We even rethought our approach in the middle of the first month (before having enough data to prove our initial strategy right or wrong) as we understood the pressing need you had to generate leads quickly. I was extremely disappointed. I paid the monthly fee along with ad budget and never receive 1 lead from the campaign. I don't feel they listen to what I wanted.
