The quality of work! I give them a "A+ 100%"! The way that they treat African American customers is the worst I've ever seen. Before I went to them I was told that I would have this experience, but I couldn't beat the price! When I first came in they all looked at me as if I was lost, and didn't want to provide me with any customer service. I have received 3 different answers on when my business cards would be ready. The women that answer the phone are extremely rude as well! I sent my bestfriend whose a white guy in just to inquire about getting some business cards, and he's said that they went over and beyond to provide him with excellent service. I sent my Brother and sister in for the same thing and they experience the same racist behavior as I did! Just a sad situation!... smh
