Stephen, we are completely in shock with this unnecessary review from you. First of all, our only communication with you was via telephone regarding the credit application that you submitted. We were completely professional with you and let you know that being that you provided incorrect information about you being employed, the bank was not able to approve you. We understand if youre upset that you couldnt get the approval you were expecting but writing a bad review about us or any business about something of that sort is completely uncalled for. We work hard for nothing but positive customer service for whoever contacts us or comes through our door. Buyer beware my husband & I brought a car from this dealership and within 5 months of taking it off lot we had to replace the starter, fuel pump & altenator we did a test drive & was asured by seller that our car was in great running conditions they totally fooled us staff was nice & Courtesy however we regret wasting our hard earned money now we are stuck with this vehicle and a Auto note so if you dare to buy a car from this dealer bring your own Mechanic or go over that vehicle with a fine eye other wise you will end up like my husband & I VERY DISAPPOINTED

Muhammad, I usually do whatever possible to resolve negative reviews as we do value our reputation as you can see from our history and previous reviews. However, this is completely false information. I personally took that call from you this morning and I was actually very polite and professional until you continuously claimed that we along with every used car dealer out there are a "scam". You requested to not pay any fees outside of the price of the car and I told you that the only fee we do charge was a $399 documentary fee. I immediately told you that I would give you a hand and discount that $399 off of the asking price to basically wash away that fee that you didn't want to pay. Just so you are aware, every dealer in the state of NJ is required to charge a documentary fee once one is implemented and it cannot be removed or reduced by any means. Again, we take a lot of pride in our reputation and in the long run, we only want positive feedback and satisfaction from our customers.
