Appreciate the review. You can't please all customers. Once we found out that our new employee had bad placement on a few of the hoodies, we went above and beyond to make sure we reprinted every last hoodie. Even over nighting his order so he could have them before the holiday and for his pre-launch. Christopher was excited to recieve the order that was printed correctly. Before leaving our shop, he checked his hoodies and was excited. A few days later he emailed us stating that he had a problem. This was his 1st time ever screen printing with a print company. Christopher was advised whenever you wear an oversized garment, anything left chest design will fall under the armpit. We have over 20 years of experience in printing garments and pleasing all of customers. We also are not perfect like any other company but you better believe we will go above and beyond to make ALL of our customers happy. But at the end of the day you can't please them all.

After reading so many amazing reviews, I was excited to work with Aaron. My experience turned out to be VERY different. 1. Ordered 56 hoodies. The day I was told my order would be ready, Im informed when I get there that they wouldnt be ready until the next day. 2. The next day I get there an hour before closing, yet theyre clearly closed. Aaron puts me in contact with his employee, Sydnee, who agrees to meet me later that evening to pick up the hoodies. 3. The chest logo I requested falls almost entirely into the armpit when the hoodie is worn (picture attached). I contacted Aaron about this and hes apologetic and tells me that Sydnee printed them, but he will personally print them again to make sure theyre done correctly. 4. I recieve the reprint and now the chest logo falls only halfway into the armpit (picture attached). I guess thats an improvement to some, but Im still not happy after paying $1,200 and being inconvenienced during almost every interaction with them. 5. This time Aaron makes it very clear that he doesnt care whether Im happy with the hoodies I paid for (pictures attached). He did send me a $120 refund, though.

Paul Koch I don't condone shady business practices. You attempted to steal a design for charity for your personal gain. Therefore I'm requesting for you to come and pick up your shirts that you dropped off to be printed. I'M NOT PRINTING THEM!

After talking to the Owner, Aaron, on the phone and getting a price for screen printing of $8-$9 each i went to drop off the shirts. When I arrived I wanted to confirm the price and he told me $16.95 each. I told him that was not what we discussed. He said that the design is a little more than what was expected. We agreed on a price of $11.49 each. That was a week ago. I called today to find out if they were ready and he said that the price is $12.00 each and they were not ready. I confronted him about the multiple price changes and he said that he was not going to argue over price and said that he was not going to do the shirts now and that I needed to pick them up. This is a very unprofessional business and business owner. NOT RECOMMENDED BUSINESS!!!! STAY AWAY!

I was looking to get a shirt printed same day, and found Ghodfrii was down the street. I stopped in and was greeted as soon as I walked in, and the staff was very nice and helpful. I was also able to get the shirt printed and picked up same day. I will be back soon for more custom print work.
