I normally dont ever leave reviews but I feel like I must. This is the first time I ever dealt with losing a pet, and so far it was the worst experience.. they picked up my pet the same day it passed away in January of 2021, I heard nothing for a month when I called asking what happened wheres my dogs ashes the guy seemed shocked that its been a month and I still havent received my dogs ashes.. when he checked apparently they had my dogs ashes stored in a room ready to picked up awhile back. They stated they contacted me and left a message, they did not. I never received a call or message from them. Even if they did call who calls only once and never calls the owner again. When I asked Mitchell when did they call he stuttered and stated he could not answer that question only that they left a note saying they called me. Although Mitchell was nice enough to deliver my dog back to my home so I have didnt have to make the 1hr drive, when I opened the box it wasnt the Box I had ordered they got the color wrong. My heart is broken because all the wait and they still couldnt even get the simplest thing done right. When I called right away I spoke to some guy took my information and said he will get back to me to see what they can do, they never did get back to me. This experience with this company has not been a great one and it left a sour taste in my mouth. Not calling me nor notifying me that my dog remains were ready to pick up weeks ago and ordering the wrong color box is unacceptable. And now you are taking time out of my day to try and fix this when I couldve used this time to heal now I gotta deal with issues like this from you guys when it shouldnt have happened in the first place..If I wouldve known this I wouldve picked a more responsible cremation service who actually cared enough.

Great place. They will take care of your baby here. Very happy with how Mr. Wilson was treated thru the process. Mitch is a awesome guy who makes a hard day a little easier for you. I wouldn't go anywhere else when dealing with another event like this.
