Our newest team member was working customer service that day, so we thank you for your patience in her learning experience of helping customers. When the phone was handed to me, your initial greeting forgoed any pleasantries and you said "she was very rude" and when I apologized you said that I was not sorry and you hung up on me. As frustrating as it is in not giving any opportunity to help you, leaving a bad review really puts salt in the wound.

I am rating customer service alone not sticker quality. The girl who answered the phone was so unprofessional and just kept repeating oh youre ok probably 100x in a 5 min conversation trying to determine why the website wasnt showing an option on my end. When I tried to explain to her that it looked like a coding error she just said oh youre ok, do you want to speak to a manager? I said no, Im just wondering if there is another way to place the order since the site isnt loading correctly. She puts me on hold and I can HEAR HER talking about me, calling me combative customer, etc. So I say into the phone, I can hear you still. Then she hands the phone over to someone else, who asks if they can help me. I tell her I think its pretty rude to badmouth a customer within earshot. She says, condescendingly that she was sorry. In the end I solved my own problem by switching to a browser the website was better coded for. Honestly, if I wasnt facilitating the order for another person I wouldve gone somewhere else for stickers. Ive worked in the printing business for years and I cant believe how useless the customer service was.
Great business run by great people. Justin was incredibly affable and enthusiastic about the work he does. If you're looking for stickers, this seems like a no brainer.
