Horrible customer service. I walked in with my daughter on a Saturday morning and was never greeted at all. My number one pet peeve and the lady who walked in before me with her daughter got smiles and a warm welcome so I proceeded to look at the baby wall of T-shirts and picked the one I wanted and stood by the register and waited more than 2 minutes and the cashier never looked up to say anything to me. And then as I approached the other side Id the register she says you ready? Ready for what I dont know.... I saw hello how are you? And I let her know immediately that she didnt acknowledge my presence or speak and she said oh Im sorry I was in the back getting books. Point is this place lacks customer service skills and I will never be returning. All I was trying to do was pick up an online order and spend more money in the shop.

In less than 2 minutes, I've experienced terrible customer service over the phone; while inquiring about seasonal items. Clerk on the phone wasn't polite and lack customer service skills. End result she didn't answer my questions. Misrepresentation of the company.
