Great place to grab brew supplies but terrible customer service and honestly embarrassed for their owner and employees. Wish you guys the best. We know you are trying just need some outside consulting assistance potentially. The manager whom is a female is always quick to overcharge customers without thinking twice. I would recommend heading down to o connors as you experience will be superior.
