I feel the doc rushed through exam and my close up vision was not corrected properly. They said they would call me in three days to check on that and no one called. I am so tired of dealing with people who do not follow through. Went back to old glasses and will use someone else in future and will not recommend you. I had my doubts when using lenscrafter but decided to give it a try.

Called and Attempted to schedule 3 appts at sexton med group south hill, apparently Got the manager, "Ashley" first words out of her mouth, thats a tall order. Found an appt, didn't want to schedule because I needed to confirm the time with my spouse, proceeded to tell me, I would need a credit card to secure the appointments and was going to charge me if we missed the appts! Very rude, argumenative and unfriendly!!!! I would strongly recommend not using their practice, which is in lenscrafters, which I have been a faithful customer of for years. She believes she is above reproach and she claims she runs it all. No worries, theres a corporate office somewhere.
