Purchased outdoor grill and accessories in October. After spending over $5,000 and waiting over 6 months they still have not delivered everything that was ordered and have not responded to my requests for an update in months. Will be filing a complaint with the BBB and the credit card to resolve this matter. Buyer beware!
Todd, we never intended to waste your time but we let you down big time. We apologize for the miscommunication amongst our staff. Unfortunately, the construction you mentioned has been an ongoing struggle to complete since the beginning of this year due to COVID-19. You are right, the salesperson should've let you know before you traveled to our store. We hope to have another opportunity to meet you and make up for this experience. If not, we understand. We called the Bedminster location and made an appointment for 11:00 am. We told our salesperson we were driving over an hour to get to the store and that were interested in buying a new 27 double oven, a 30 induction cooktop, an over the range microwave, and a counter depth refrigerator. We were coming to compare brands and to see products, especially the Bosch double oven and GE cooktop. A few days later we received an email from our salesperson telling us she had a schedule change and an associate would take over for us and he was briefed about our needs. When we arrived at the showroom we were surprised to find out that it was under renovation, and that some of the rooms were under construction. I had a bad feeling and sure enough all of the items we had specifically come to see were unavailable. It would have been nice if we were told the showroom was incomplete before we drove an hour to find out for ourselves. More importantly, we were told by our appointed salesman that he would be with us in a few minutes, as he was finishing up with another client. After waiting for him about 20 minutes, we were handed over to another salesperson who didnt know why we were there. When asked how she could help us, I told her what items that we were interested in but instead she showed us items that we hadnt come to see, a French door refrigerator, speed oven, she even suggested a counter top microwave and hood. We felt like we were not being listened to. We cut our losses and left. The trip was a total waste of time.

Felt like the salesperson was too busy to help us. We felt rushed out of the place. We were expecting a follow up but never heard back. Personally it felt like the salesperson took one look at us and decided we couldn't afford to shop there. Too bad he didn't give us a chance as we were spending tens of thousands in cash for this project and would have gone back for other work in the future had the service been better.
