Hey Marvin, your shirts you brought us was all old and used with stains. We had mentioned there was no warranty on your products due to the above. As per our email conversation just to satisfy you we did mention we would embroider (at no charge) the items you felt it was not good. I'm not sure where the disconnect was. We understand you're not happy but why would you discredit a small business that has 5 stars to go elsewhere because YOU feel unhappy. We're all about customer service but WE know some you can never please. Our prices are lower than most, I suggest to verify first before making these false comments. Trying to hurt an entire small business because you felt wrong is not correct especially that we offered to redo it at no charge. Thanks, Ed

I had 12 dress shirts embroidered by Ed @ Pro Stich USA in Tracy, CA, and the work quality is terrible. I gave Ed a chance to make it right and replace at least the (4) white shirts where the logo "shifted" during embroidery, but he failed to do so. I strongly suggest you find a better place for your embroidery needs. He is not cheap either, so I expected premium quality of work for premium pricessuch a disappointment.
