I remember buying a ps2 from here, turns out I just needed a 20$ cable and not a whole 80$ console. The new ps2 I bought from here wouldn't even work, yet the old one I had worked fine with the new cable! They refused a refund which was semi understandable, and was offered store credit which I denied, yet accepted their offer for a free repair. Left the console there for probably almost a solid month and they claimed it was fixed. I was so burnt out on it all that I took their word for it. Well months later I finally check and it still doesn't work, which is hilarious to me! I'd check for old games or console accessories here, and stick to buying old consoles somewhere else.
Im sorry that you have it out for US but if you have any issues with how we do business you are more than welcome to come into the store and discuss it with us. Also it was explained to you live on stream and then you proceeded to harass so you were banned. Hope that this is worth your time and effort. God Bless

The owner of this store has an attitude that is yet to be desired in a retail store owner. VERY defensive and genuinely is only looking out for himself when the customers should be first. When asked about the pricing he banned me and several people I was with from the store AND his twitch streaming channel for asking about why he scalps PS5s and other new release consoles as a retailer. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!
Awesome store specializing in retro games! They personally inspect the product before putting on the shelf. I was very impressed! The staff were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about the products they sell at reasonable prices.
Went in and found the game my son wanted. Got to talking with the owner. He is really friendly and the store has quite a selection. You wont regret coming here. Nice people, cool games, and nostalgia at its best. Thanks again!
The Customer Service and atmosphere are great, I cannot recommend repairs and mods though. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable about regarfing video games and consoles, and face a very friendly attitude towards every customer. The layout of the store is neat and sectioned, and they have titles I haven't seen in so many years. Their display cases are clean and organized. Regarding Repairs and Mods, and this is a review I've had to think about for a solid several months, I cannot recommend. I went in for a Gamecube Mod and Repair costing me ~$200, there was no itemization for the changes ($70 laser fix and $130 HDMI Mod). This was confirmed by the store owner who did not remember what all the charges were ony receipt when I returned when a faulty laser. They also did hand back the GameCube to me without checking the status of the Lid Button, it was jammed, thankfully I noticed this in the store and they promptly took care of it. The last time a brought the GameCube unit to them I had typed up a crash log over an hour to help diagnostic testing, educated was ignored. I decided to part ways with them after a final (5th time) bringing my GameCube unit back and telling them to take their time fixing it, the owner said he would call me later that day. I texted him the Saturday of that week, and called two weeks out from that date, both to no response. I came in at the 3 week point after leaving my unit to no response and they had focused they're attention to trades and my unit was in the back of their shop in the corner. I decided to take my unit back (and it is still faulty to this day) due to how the situation was handled and there being no record of my Laser Repair on my receipt due to how their receipt system is structured. In short, I cannot recommend their repair service due to lack of communication, lack of itemization on transactions, and what seemed to be quick bandaid attempts to fix a product that never really got fixed. This is review over a period of several months with a dozen plus visits and hours spent trying to make this Gamecube HDMI Mod and Fix work. Great store, I would recommend trade-ins and purchases only.
