No surprise here, I can see all of the great reviews for Efelle! What a great company! After in search for an awesome, modern- yet super fun web design team, I came across the work of this company. Excited to learn more and inquiring about services I decided to reach out. Almost instantly I received a response from Jason Shinder, a web-designer on the team who was extremely professional, funny, relatable and super friendly. Within days I was on the phone with Jason discussing my web and logo design needs. Although our budget didn't quite align with the services of Efelle, Jason was super kind in providing various referrals so that we can still get the job done. Jason took it 1-step further and also connected me with a organization who would be an awesome fit to our internal database. We're always eager to expand our list of community based organizations : ) Jason was awesome and represented the company professionally. Once our budget increases in the near future, I will most defiantly be contacting Efelle and see if we can work with Jason!

We are very much still in business, 16 years and counting. Anyone can call 206.384.4909 to reach the sales or support teams directly, and I get an email with every phone call and support request. Company seems to have gone out of business. Multiple calls to sales, general, and tech support have gone unanswered. Customer support form has gone unanswered. They continue to bill every month, but are unable to be contacted for even routine services.
