Hi Jimmy. I'm sorry you had a less than stellar experience. You bought a wiper motor from us that was an original factory part in good working order and compared it to an aftermarket Chinese part you found online. Our part was still priced lower than the cheap Chinese part you found online. You bought it because you said you didn't want to wait for your part and you needed it ASAP. So we took the time to remove the part for you so you could get it right away. The next day you brought the part back because you said you didn't need it and you had a different problem. We did charge 25% labor for removing the part that you said you needed right away. There was time and labor involved in removing that part. I don't know anyone that works for free, including us. I hope you'll consider us again in the future. Our prices are fair and we are as honest as the day is long. That can't be said about alot of our competitors. Have a great day.

There is a young guy there who is always nice and respectful to me. He allowed me to do an exchange on an item once with a $25 extra labor charge of course but I was fine with it. I liked that they had the stuff I needed for my car. The only thing I hate is that if the item is not big ticket enough on price then I feel like I get the cold shoulder because they only have so much labor that they would prefer to use it for something else. Which I can understand. However, when I offer to do it myself because I have done it before many times and can remove it quickly they state they do not allow customers to pull the part themselves. I mean I have spent money there before l, so I am a repeat customer, but I just wish someone else had the car/parts I am looking for as well. I almost want to buy the whole car from them when they say stuff like that just to not have to deal with that stuff anymore. Hmmm? I wonder how much that would be worth?

Hi. You did stop In to pay for a part that we did have. The part was still on the car and we had to remove it. We try to be fair to everyone who places an order and pull parts in the order they are received. It would not be fair to our other customers who had already paid for their parts to put you ahead of them. When you placed your order I did explain to you that I would call you once the part was off and ready to pick up. You came back before you received a call and you didn't bother calling us either to check the status of your order. I'm sorry you feel like you wasted your time. We are very busy and very fair. We always encourage our customers to call ahead with a credit card to place orders and we will call you once the part is ready for pick up. That way you drive down once to pick the parts up and don't have to wait for anything. We were also happy to give you a full refund once you stated you didn't want to wait any longer for the part. I hope you give us another chance if you need more parts. Just call us before you come down. I'm sure you would change your review if you gave us another shot We don't want to waste anyone's time, we know how valuable it is! Have an amazing day!

Im going to be honest. I had a bad experience because of the amount of time the make me wait for a part., and when I went to pick it up, he told me it was not ready, that I had to wait 30 more mns. But after driving two hours to get there in the first place, I was dissapointed for the service. I don't doubt the parts are good, but man, service makes people come back. So, Im not coming back, and will not recommended it unless you have enough time to waste. Good luck!
