This is very unprofessional to say the least. I have been in direct contact with the contact -owner house who is The spouse to Mrs Anderson, that also signed a contact. He that because the dong was purchased as a pet, it would be cheaper. And there would not be any paperwork! However, ID agreed to provide Mrs Anderson the paperwork after i receiceived it back from the registration that I now have to pay for. I didnt register him initially because the other pups died except one other pup that I kept. Therefore, I now have to pay for registration on top of the shots that Mr Anderson forgot to mention that I also covered after she took possession of the pup. There was nothing smooth about her transaction despite my other 5 star reviews because of the miscommunication between the buyer, her spouse and Mrs Anerson proven on several occassions with exchanged messages between us beyound my control. They are the first couple who has agreed to purchase my puupy at a discount w/o papers then demand them later without paying what the price of the registered puppyy would cost! Others breeders, which arent familiar with how I run my company can not legitimately provide Mrs Anderson insight on a contract that clearly defines our terms and conditions. And with all of that I'd still been attempting to provide her at least Generation papers( that I dont have yet) for the puupy. This is heartbreaking and malicious but a valuable lesson. It is also slander libel and defamation character from one business owner to the other .

Ive been trying to be patient and understanding, but this has been the most frustrating experience! We bought our puppy from Jackie in June and chose to finance the dog. Jackie Informed us that she would mark the dog down from 3,500 to 3,000 if we paid the dog off within 30 days. (She verbally said 60 days, but for some reason in pen wrote 30 days in the contract.) We paid the remaining balance within 30 days anyway, no issues. Per Jackie, she would release his paperwork once the remaining balance had been paid. We contacted Jackie to inform her that we had the final payment, she arrived to our house to pick up the payment and handed a folder with his paperwork which contained his shot record, a mask with her business name on it and a small piece of paper that SHE handwritten of the puppys parents names. I was confused because she had already emailed me the exact shot record that she handed over 2 weeks prior. I was expecting registration papers. I asked about his registration papers (or some type of documentation that shows that the puppy is the purebred Yorkie that she claims he is. ) She stated that she sold him as a pet so the paperwork isnt needed. She says that she would have sold him at a higher rate for the registration papers. We went back and forth about this because We never discussed that and Ive never received any type of documentation showing me that this exotic dog (as she calls him) is purebread. She finally agreed that she would provide us with his pedigree papers which she says shows the dogs patents history. Great... or so I thought! The next day She sent a text saying that the dogs are exotic and expensive dogs as if 3,000 is chump change? I dont care if i paid $100, Id like to know what Im purchasing! I have been waiting on this Paperwork since July 4th. Today is October 4th which marks 3 months! I texted her asking to show me pics of the dogs parents- never received those either. Aside from this- the puppy was 12 weeks when we purchased him and was not fully vaccinated. Weve had to take him to the vet to get multiple vaccinations + deworm (Over $400 in visits!) When she sold him to us she stated that he only needed his parvo shot which would be $30. Clearly not true. Since then Ive spoken to other breeders who have confirmed that the way Jackies has handled our situation is sketchy because we should have received a form from HER to mail in ourselves to receive his papers the day that we purchased him. Ive also taken him to a different vet other than the vet that she previously took him to and he stated that the dog does not appear to be a full bread Yorkie, but a MIX of Yorkie + Australian Shepard (hes not the first person to tell me that the puppy looks like a mix between the two!) The puppy is white with Grey patches + blue eyes. Beautiful dog... but where is my proof!? Purchase at your own risk, we love our puppy and the pup IS healthy which is the great part, so it shows that she does take good care of them, but expect to pay a pretty penny for a possible mixed breed with no paperwork aside from shot records! Had I known that she conducted her business this way, I definitely would have passed. I will stand by this until I receive proof in my hand that my dog is the purebred. We are new pet owners so this has definitely been a lesson learned! There was nothing smooth about this transaction.
