I didnt find the team very helpful, I felt some sort of judgment towards me as I explained we are relocating from Sydney permanently and hoping to grab a contact number to speak to someone to help us find a rental before purchasing a property in the area. We were told we must be earning a certain amount as a minimum to even be considered for a rental that could potentially take up to 12 months on a wait list to be accepted due to rental shortage best thing to do is just look online and hope we are accepted on properties we applied for-which is fair enough, however considering we dont know anything about this area we didnt feel confident we were getting the best advice or support from this agency, relocating is never easy especially if its the first time moving three hours from where you have grown up from. After that experience we went to another realestate agency which were absolutely wonderful, reassured us that we would be able to find something and gave us plenty of options in a worse case scenario as well as gave us all the best contact numbers for their office and ensured one of the agents will be able to support us securing a short term lease before purchasing a home. I really felt shut down after leaving the One Agency office.
