Tanner, we understand your frustration. That said, there are Copyright and Trade Mark laws in this country for a reason. BYU has a storied history of protecting the Y logo you attempted to print in a variety of forms. The fact that another company chose to violate the known copyright of Brigham Young University and that you would knowing violate that copyright does not make us wrong.

I really loved the customer service they provided for me and how they were patient and eager to work with me. Although if you plan on putting a blue Y in your design I wouldnt recommend going here for it. I tried three different designs and none of them worked for them. 2/3 of the designs we were trying to recreate a collages logo for the shirts and the other one was the actual logo which I could understand would get denied. I went to underground printing and they approved the first design I gave them.

Dixie, we are sorry you were not pleased with the youth shirt we printed for you. As we had explained, that shirt was printed with a different process, called direct to garment and thus the colors are slightly different. The color in your case was quite a bit different and we apologize for that....but it is the only way we have to give you different sized graphics on different size shirts. We also explained that the reason for the delay was because we had to buy the youth shirt direct from the mill and it took longer to get to us. The shirt was printed within an hour of arriving at our shop. Thank you for your review, we are always striving to do better.

Do not recommend this store for shirts. Ordered over 30 shirts, and the kid size print was completely different. They also took a lot longer to get done. Truly disappointed and poor customer service. The owner was not willing to offer a solution or to help make things right for a shirt that cost me $20. It would of been great to know if the the process was going to take longer. Again, horrible customer service.

Darrell has made our custom T-shirts each summer for our family reunion. The family loves them and continues to wear them all year. They wash up nice and the print doesn't peel or flake. We love them and will continue to use Purple Elephant!

Very cool elephant! Purple too, which may or may not be more heat shedding than the standard charcoal colored variety. That being said, purple has historically been a color of royalty and an elephant is certainly that.
