Barbara, at the time at which we terminated your services for non-payment, we sent you your 2018 completed financials, along with access to the accounting system we set up for your company (at your request). We did this in spite of the lack of compensation for our work and costs, in a gesture of good faith. I understand that you expressed confusion about how to access the cloud accounting software and we sent you instructions on how to do so. However, as I expressed to you at the time, we found your request for a multi-hour on-site training session at no charge to be unreasonable, given the loss we had already sustained on your account. Though we cannot work together, I do advise you to hire someone knowledgeable in Quickbooks Online to help you understand your account; since the work has already been completed, I would like for you to be able to get some use out of it.

I contracted this company to assist me in converting over my quick books and was left with no assistance after meeting with them. My phone calls and emails went largely unanswered and I had to find help elsewhere. Very unsatisfactory.

I work with Courtney, Craig and Shelley quite often as I've been a sales rep at Paychex for 3.5 years. I will say that it's super tough to find solid bookkeepers who are also strategists in what they do. These folks go above and beyond and are way more "out of the box" than the general population of bookkeepers.
