So your initial contact will be fast but after that good luck. I even stopped by in person to talk face to face and well guess they just don't care about their customers or are just terrible at communicating their thoughts. I sent multiple emails over and over asking about the files I sent them for production and was left high and dry. Literally never heard from Steve again. Id never use them or recommend them to anyone. Beware everyone. I hate wasting time and now i will personally make sure no else does.

They told me one price in the beginning and tripled it when I picked it up. If not for covid I would have went into the bank and back charged. Not sure how these guys got such a high rating. They were totally unprofessional and dishonest with me. Brought a bent drive shaft to have remade. I wanted the yolk milled down to remove the scars, or order a new one if needed. They barely sanded at the scars away there's still some grooves which destroyed the new seal. They only installed one new u-joint, but changed me for 2. The never remade the the shaft. It shook like crazy. I bought a new shaft and the shake went away. The new shaft was cheaper than the repair bill, and it was from the dealer. Sometimes it better to go to the dealer.

West Palm Machine is a quality company with awesome customer service. I needed a single eccentric drive wheel for a pump, machined from steel. The local shipyard told me 2 weeks and they couldn't do the broached keyway. West Palm Machine had the piece ready in 2 days! Every detail perfect, beautiful work and an amazing price. I am a former machinist and I am very very impressed with the quality of their work. My cranky old captain was even pleased by their friendly and can-do attitude, which they delivered on. If there were 6 stars they would get it.

I work here and the work is top shelf quality. I've personally been welding and fabricating and doing related repair work since 1987. The machinest here are great. I've seen absolutely no mistakes from them.
